The IBM Notes/Domino fix list (http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/r5fixlist.nsf/%28Progress%29/) already gives an idea of the release dates of clients but not of their different language "spin-offs".
 
It would be nice to see when the different Language Groups come out.
