I've had several people ask me how its possible to delegate a meeting but have it not be removed from your calendar. This feature is available in most other email platforms.
Also the procedure to delegate a mail file is as easy as 1-2-3, I am always surprised, how many users are not able to find and open the file they have been granted access to on the server.

An option to delegate Mail, Calendar or ToDo without granting access to contacts would be great. Especially if users also maintain their private contacts in Lotus Notes they probably don´t want other users to access their contacts.
