Currently you can decide to keep sent items per default, or not or be prompted. It could be interesting to have a fourth option telling to keep a copy of your sent items but without the attachment(s). It/They could be replaced by a placeholder telling which one(s) has/have been deleted such ...
This is request about Notes Browser plugin.
We can not launch Xpages app from notes browser plugin workspace. It opens just notes native app.
We have two options to open xpages, both don't work for it.
File-Preferences-Mail-Sending and Receiving (Alerts) is set to 'Slide in a summary'

Notes workspace pages are used to group applications. It would be convenient to move the pages, i.e. arranging the positions of pages just like in a multi-tabbed browser.
The Notes 9 client has an option under the Show button to group mail messages by date. This is not available in iNotes. It would be good to have feature parity on this one.
It would be great to have the possibility to do an all-day reservation directly in the ressource database.

When you click on the flag icon (aka follow-up) it sets a default flag. Clicking a second time should IMHO remove it. Currently it asks if you want to update it. Removing would work much faster in handling the flags.

I often create tables and enter numbers in 1st column. Normally I mark the complete column, align the content centered, give it a dedicated color or make it bold.
When inserting a new column I'd like to get these format values in the new row.
