View Server \ Status \ Database Users should show open web user sessions.

It would be nice to have a text search box that would hide lines which do-not contain any part of the search phrase. This would allow the admin to efficiently find output related to specific tasks, databases or other keywords that have occurred recently, without having to open the Notes ...
The number of results of a message tracking request is displayed on the screen while the search is being performed. The number continues to count as results are found. But when the search is complete, the count and the label disappears. This value should remain on the screen.
The message tracking dialog must be filled in from scratch each time. This should default to the values of the previous search. This is especially true when a search responds with no results. This would allow making minor changes to the search like expanding the time range or changing the ...
No significant changes have been made to the admin client in years. Even the status bar at the bottom of the window is still from the Notes 7 design. There are many 3rd party tools available for administrators, but that is only because IBM has totally ignored this component of the ...
Currently, the Admin client Database Users view, when sorted by database, shows all the users for any given db, but as it's not collapsible, it's quite a pain to troll through lookng for the one database you care about
I would like an additional field on the Create FT Index dialog which allows me to select whether the FT index is permanent or temporary. Temporary indexes would be purged by the updall task or there could be an additional option "purge if not used in X days"
This would also feed to ...
Once again today, I have an ACL that open, so I need to check the groups one by one to see which one a given user is in and Pah! ACL is modal so I can't
Ideally, why not hang it off a new tab of the infobox?
When you run a Policy Synopsis, you get a list of field names with the associated information :
assr = 0 from xxx assigned in policy yyy
DCFiles does not have a value set
DCLoc = Diagnostics from xxx assigned in policy yyy
DCMsgSize = 20 from ...
For work as an administrator and user I would be welcome the opportunity to run the Lotus Notes client with logging in through the normal user ID and same time on the same PC running Lotus Domino Administrator client with be logged via administrator ID.
It would be great to see, more (2, 4) server consoles side-by-side in Domino Console. (Spilt the console view panel)
Introduce a new context menu entry in admin client when clicking on a notes application that says "Add to workspace...". After clicking, open a dialog box that lists the tabs in the workspace and let the user chose on which tab he wants to add the application to. Support adding ...
Creating a new -blank- template database adds a default ACL with LocalDomainServers as Manager, among other entries. My proposition is to have an ACL template which Domino will copy the ACL from into new databases. Useful entries I would add would be LocalDomainAdmins and Anonymous.
In order to reduce the number of certifiers we have to manage, I would like to be able to use just the organizational certifier and use unique org unit to specify a geographic location at registration.
If a unique org unit could be set at registration with explicit policy, ...
In order to allow users to save email archives to CD/DVD there should be an option to specify the maximum size for archives.
A clean user interface to the journal's data for a given database would be very useful for on-the-spot data recovery. I've still got users who can't distinguish between "delete" and "remove".
I manage various Domino Domains for various customers. Setting those domains in the Administration Preferences of the client is OK, but makes it difficult to identify if you have lots of them. Allowing to choose icons for them would make life easier (see screenshot).
A re-post of an older idea of 2008. We are in 2011 and the creation of mail-in databases is still like hell. I'm frustrated daily with this for different customers. Please no scripting solution here ;-) A few simple buttons would perfectly do the trick (see Martin's Vogel original idea).
I wish there were an interface to the Server's transaction log to view -- frozen -- prior versions of an application that the transaction log could produce. It'd be great if I could copy documents from those earlier, read-only versions "frozen in time".
Very often I need information about ...
