While editing an e-mail (or anything else for that matter), I would like [Paste Special...] added to the right-click menu for the mouse.  I am frequently pasting from the web and other sources and need to remove the formatting.

Add "Create Hyperlink" to right-click menu

It's great that the option to "Create Hyperlink" was added into the Notes 8 UI.
 
I think an improvement would be to add "Create Hyperlink" to the right-click menu, to make the process more intuitive for users. (Especially for Outlook users migrated to Notes).

Have "Copy as document, application, ... link" in every right-click menu

Copy as table, document, application, view link. All those should be available in any Notes application to make them more accessible and usable for non-power users. 
 
Too many people I see as a consultant just don't know about those functions and would prevent a lot of copies, exports, heavy screenshots, ...

It would be nice to be able to paste documents from the Clipboard into a Notes database without having to open it in the UI, by right-clicking a bookmark or database tile and clicking Paste.

This one has been steadily improving over the years, but Lotus never "finished" it.  For many years we had [ Forward ] as an option when we right-click on a message.  Now we finally have [ Reply ].
 
Now, Lotus should:
