When a user is removed from the Domino Domain and mail file is deleted remove all calendar entries where they are the chair in all mail files

When a user is terminated from a company and they are the chair for meetings a lot of people have to go through and delete the meetings one at a time.  Make it possible to have all the calendar entries that the user that is terminated is a chair and remove it from the calendar or change the chair so that it can be managed correctly by the attendees.
 
If the attendees try to delete the calendar item they get an error message and it will not delete.  Any other ideas to add to this would be good.

Automatically delete - this is implicit, but because the wrong decision.
The user must in such calendar entries to see what the person was fired, and decide what to do next. Perhaps on this issue will need to communicate with another person.. removing calendar entries we do not give the ability of employees to decide.

At least give us the option. Some companies I have worked at that is what they deemed the process. There has to be an easier way to clean up the meetings or assign a new chair if the chair has left the company. It does need to be tied to Adminp so that the users are not left with the option of having to do it to all meetings in their own calendars.

I'm thinking that it would be better for it work this way: when you choose to delete the user, you should be asked who to assign the user's future meetings to.
It's something that should be addressed, so I'm going to vote "for", even though I don't completely agree with the proposed solution.

@3 - I agree...there should be a cleanup process to addressed this issue and maybe even allow the chair person under owner's action to change the chair person/owner to someone else - similar to the participant's delegate options

I concur with Craig, make it an option, similar to the one in WordPress.
When you remove a user, ask "to whom do you assign all of their meetings?"
